The inner cave cushion can be fully protected against drenching by ordering an additional impregnated cover.

It is normal for the Urvo cushion to sag over time. You can always replenish it.

If the rod breaks or collapses, you can replace it with a new one.

You can replace the cover of the inner pillow if it has been crushed or otherwise damaged by the dog.
