Product exchange and return conditions

In the email, please kindly provide us with the following:

Please indicate in the letter:

  1. Order number,
  2. The reason for returning the product
  3. Whether you want to exchange or return
  • After receiving an email we will respond within 1 working day;
  • Please return the product only after receiving further instructions by email.
  • The Buyer is responsible for returning/ shipping the product.
  • Money for returned goods will be returned to you by bank transfer to your account within 7 working days from the date of delivery/ receipt of the goods to the seller.

You have the right to return the goods if:

  • The product you received is of the wrong quality or you received the wrong product you ordered. In this case, we undertake to replace the defective product with a product of suitable quality at our own expense or to return the money paid for the product.
  • You are not satisfied with the shape, size, color, and model of the purchased product. You can exchange the product for an analogous product of different dimensions, shapes, colors, or models or return it. In this case, the product is returned at the buyer’s expense.

Returnable goods rules:

  • The returned product cannot be used, must have not lost its commercial appearance, and is clean;
  • The product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
  • The package of the returned product must be unchanged, as it was delivered to the Buyer, including the added gifts.
  • The returned product must be securely packed, it is recommended to pack it in the same packaging in which you received the product from the Seller. If part of the bedding was packed in a vacuum bag, when returning, use the same vacuum bag, sealing it tightly and extracting the air with a vacuum cleaner.
